This week on The Marvelists we continue our Blade rewatch (or in our case, first-time viewings) with 2002's Blade II. Directed by Oscar winner Guillermo del Toro, we find Blade once again in his quest to protect the world from vampires. This time, a group want to commit global genocide and eliminate humans AND vampires. Can Blade do it? I mean, they have a sequel called Blade Trinity, so yeah.

Blade II is directed by Guillermo del Toro and stars Wesley Snipes, Kris Kristofferson, Ron Perlman, Leonor Varela, Norman Reedus, and Luke Goss.
