Bonjour one and all !!! Its been a very productive week this week. Firstly I  managed to listen to Will Smiths amazing book " Will " over on Audible. Then I have managed to get very deep into Meditation and on top of all this I've managed to smash out this episode, which is my frickin 200th episode ! Who else better to have on this episode, Cliff Ravenscraft the Mindset Answer Man.
