Today is a special episode because it's the Happy Corner Podcast's very first interview, and I couldn't be happier that it's someone I just also did my first Instagram Live with, Louie Shalin of Energy & Emotions (www.instagram.com/energy_and_emotions).  He is a mindfulness practitioner, breathwork expert, and now author as well!  His first book, The Undertones Of Life, comes out in November! He provides energy readings and teaches energy healing techniques. He really enjoyes providing others with different perspectives, and it all comes down to the power of belief.
