At a time where mental health is the new wave, it's important we place emphasis on rest. Rest looks different for every individual. Very commonly we make rest synonymous with doing nothing. However, when you're body is still, your mind continues to race. The information you receive during your relaxation period can often take precedence in our thought process. Moving forward we should be strategic on releasing our stress, while being built back up by the truth of who you are.
