Today’s episode is a super juicy tough love pep talk about LIMITING BELIEFS! It was inspired by a text message from a friend. She was telling me that being a podcaster or writer was too creative for her and she couldn’t do it. Since we’re besties, I had to call her out in the most loving way possible because she was putting herself into a box. I knew she needed that just like I've needed that in the past, and maybe-- you need that too! At the root of it, there’s a difference between saying, “I don’t want to do or be XYZ because I don’t want to…” and “I can’t be or do XYZ because I don’t know how…” Let’s stop choosing to be limited, okay?!
