Today we are talking about what to do when "happiness" is actually your biggest fear. The fears that we develop inside of our life experience blanket each and every part of our life until they are revealed, examined, and transcended into a higher state of consciousness. Even happiness can trigger certain fears from our past that tell us this "emotion" or "state" is NOT SAFE. From here, our unconscious will go to work to shift us into a more "comfortable" state or mindset, even if that means a state of suffering.
