In today's episode - more crying! I bring you with me "live" as I do some inner child healing. This is a big one for me: age 16/17 when I was in an abusive relationship and was opening up to my grandma, my best friend. She gave me tough love and told me what I was needing to hear instead of what I wanted to hear. I took this as her betraying and emotionally abandoning me. Come along on this journey as I go into quantum meditation to heal this memory and wound that I have been carrying for over 15 years.
