Welcome to the first episode of The Life Pivot Podcast! In this first episode, I'm sharing my own Life Pivot story - how I went from teacher to remote community advocate, the push back I felt from my community, and the lifestyle I've now been able to design exactly the way I want it. I am a HUGE fan of a good pivot.
I think there is an unsubstantiated expectation that we stay in the career path we choose when we graduate high school or college for the rest of our lives.
And let's be honest - who actually knows what they want for the rest of their lives when they turn 18! I know I didn't.
I'm thrilled to hold this space to share stories of people like myself who have made a fearless pivot, and hope to provide others who are considering a pivot themselves with inspiration, encouragement, and tools to take the next step.
