Even our disgraced woke former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau when questioned why his cabinet was 50% women, he responded ‘Because it’s 2015’ instead of ‘Because they were the best people for the job’. It is important to scrutinize our systems to make sure that they are fair for everyone who takes part in them. But is there a better way?
