About the Guest – Belinda Brummer
After disagreeing vehemently with a Professor on my Master’s Degree programme, I realised I have a different and far more progressive experience of what it means and takes to be a manager, and I could not keep quiet about it.

I was passionate about supporting people do the best they could for their teams and focusing on the person in any given moment.

I am now a Manager-Leader Development Specialist, Podcast Creator and Host, and Solopreneur.
