Leading from the middle enables me to more accurately take the temperature of my team.
One disadvantage that comes with leading from the middle is that people can think that you have more authority than you really do.
When I have clarity from my leader I can echo what he says.
How you respond to the leader's vision can determine our others respond to the vision.
Sometimes the best way to lead is to lead when you don't want to lead.
One of my responsibilities is to serve my leader in areas where they are weak.
"How can I help?" is a better question to ask your team than "how are you doing?"
