Nikki Markham MBE is the head of Transferable Skills Training [TST], an organisation established to work with the individuals that have been failed by traditional forms of education and training. Markham also runs Battling On a multi-award winning organisation which supports veterans from the Armed Forces. It has been recognised as a Centre of Excellence and was awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Services, effectively the MBE for the third sector.
