Daniel Kirby is the founder and CEO of The Tech Dept, a plug-in tech team for impact-led start-ups headquartered in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Kirby is the host of ‘Honey, I blew up the business’ a podcast series expoloring the highs and lows of business running. Outside of his business activities, Daniel is actively involved in charity fundraising. In March 2022, he completed the infamous Marathon des Sables in southern Morocco – known as the toughest foot race in the world – raising £14,000 for children’s charity KidsOut.
