Episode Synopsis

For our eighth episode of The Kind-ist Podcast I sit down with 85 year old retired ex deputy head teacher Margaret Mcinerney. Lady Margaret or just Margaret as she is known is a well respected member of the Harrogate community.   In an emotional conversation, Margaret tells us about her extraordinary life and how being bombed in WW2 impacted on her life. She is a remarkable Lady who’s generosity, kindness and loyalty have ensured she has many friends and admirers. In the episode Margaret shares with us some stories of her life with her husband and how they were married for 53 years, travelled around the world and why she loves going to coffee shops. If we could all be like Margaret the world would and could be a better place! Thank you Margaret for allowing me the opportunity to have a conversation with you.Topics:•Being bombed in the war •Being a deputy head teacher•Why she is selfish•Why she loves speciality coffee •Loneliness•How she hopes to be remembered  Follow us on social media:https://www.instagram.com/thekindist https://www.facebook.com/thekindist/ Find out about our natural skincare brand based on Kindness https://bonumpellis.com/collections/scent-destinations  Hosted on Acast.
