So if we at The Kiln believe in engaging directly with clients’ traumatic memories in order to help them process, how do we go about that intentionally and effectively?Today, we are talking about MBNET–Mentalization-Based Narrative Exposure Therapy for Complex Interpersonal Trauma–the trauma processing modality that we developed and that we teach at The Kiln and use with our own clients.MBNET is a structured treatment for people with problems related to having experienced complex interpersonal trauma.
