He studied management, psychology, and political science at Ohio University, where he had the privilege of learning from renowned educators Dr. Paul Hersey and Dr. Ken Blanchard. He has been instrumental in designing and delivering leadership training programs, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives and has led various human resource functions.Paul’s contributions to the field have not gone unnoticed; he received the United Technologies Award for Extraordinary Management Effectiveness in both 1985 and 1996. In 2015, he was honored with the Joseph J.
