We're here celebrating one year of Oishii Sushi Bakes courtesy of owner Nikki Tran! Nikki joined us on the show about a year ago to spread the gospel of delicious sushi bakes and we've gotten to watch her grow and flourish in the last year. To add to the usual Jungle Jim's chaos, Nikki brought along the excellent Fat Ben of Fat Ben's Bakery to make a photorealistic sushi bake CAKE! I know, I too love the "Is It Cake!?" insanity and I'm so glad you're here to enjoy with us.
