Guest Bio:
Kelsey Crowe is the lead author of the book There Is No Good Card for This: What to do and say when life is scary, awful  and unfair to the people you love. She founded and runs Empathy Bootcamp, a training company that creates and applies empathy frameworks for improving relationships at home and at work. She received her PhD in social welfare at the University of California, Berkeley, and lives in San Francisco. She hopes for a day when no one suffers alone simply for lack of confidence in how to connect with others.
