In this episode of "The Journey of My Mother's Son" podcast, I sit down to talk with Keith Shenk. Keith is co-owner of Petrucci's Ice Cream in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and we've been friends for 38 years. We talk friendship and entrepreneurship.  Keith reflects on his early days in business and the struggles to keep moving forward under the stress of making ends meet financially.  He talks about how that resilience and tenacity early on has allowed him to now share his success by giving back to the community. He reflects on how having the support of his wife, Patty and his business partner, Russ contributed to the success and longevity of the business. I'm proud to call him my friend and be able to witness first-hand how hard work and dedication have paid off for him and his family.
