This episode is a breakdown how Covid has affected my family and friends.  I break down how to control the controllables in your life.  To have longevity for your life, do the research from all sides, improve your immune system through fitness and diet, and start moving forward.
All of us need to have a MISSION DRIVEN MINDSET and EMULATE RESPONSIBILITY for others.  We can all do a better job in creating relationships and new friends to include in our circle.  
Lastly, how can we move forward in our community and country.  It can only happen by love, no-judgement, and to respect others even if you don't have the same point of view as them.  WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER AND NOT TEAR EACH OTHER DOWN.  Let's move forward by impacting others with love...
