This episode is a bit different. For the last week or so, I have had something on my heart about what we all are experiencing while on the job search. The most important thing, in my opinion is trading people with empathy, and as fellow human beings.
I am fully aware that we are all doing the best we can, but there is a lack of empathy in the world today. This is my plea to Job Seekers, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters.
