Both Governors, the Biden Administration and other relevant government officials or agencies have NEVER declared this incident a state or federal state of emergency. The NTSB representative stated clearly that the subsequent incineration of the toxic chemicals was NOT necessary.  Many questions remain including what oversight and involvement did the EPA have, how are the victims being cared for to ensure proper healthcare, Why didn't the Biden Administration, Oh Governor DeWine and PA Governor Shapiro declare these incidents to ensure the victims get the appropriate support and care.
