Longtime friends and Founders of Beer City Dog Biscuits, Suzanne Wilcox and Leslie Hooker found themselves having several things in common: a love for dogs, beer, and their sons, both of whom have developmental disabilities.
Suzanne and Leslie join Janice to shed light on their nonprofit 501(c)3 that provides an assortment of jobs for people with disabilities from baking, labeling, packing, and processing orders of dog treats made from recycled spent grains. Susan and Leslie share that their hope for Beer City Dog Biscuits is to give their sons, along with other disabled people, independent and fulfilling lives.
