This season is all about developing young readers so that they grow up to be not only avid readers but also great story tellers. And how are we going to do that? Through this 8-series podcast we’d like to share tips and techniques to make this happen. Everything we share is taken from our own personal experiences as a speech and language therapist, bibliotherapist and as authors. WHY LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST? We’ll be covering everything from: How best to engage kids, to reading to your kids, to vocabulary development, building stories and how to leverage the power of reading as a therapeutic tool.
