Truth vs Lie is a constant spiritual battle, but it’s not a battle against flesh and blood. People are not your enemies. When we see things that are trying to purposefully normalize ungodly things in our kids, there certainly is an initial reaction of anger. However, do we trust Truth enough to know that His Word stands true and not repay evil for evil? We also do not need to over-shelter our kids that they aren’t prepared to walk in this world with a practice of discernment. It is very easy to be manipulated into participating in public arguments and thinking that anything good is being done–that is a lie.
