Send me a text message! Who were you before you were taught shame and embarrassment? How did  you  show up in life before  you learned the bullsh*t art of people pleasing? You see....when we are born onto this planet, I believe we come  equipped with pure  clarity, authenticity, confidence and wholeness. But as we grow and get thrown into "the system", we are taught to dissociate with certain aspects of ourselves deemed "shameful", silly or undesirable. If you are currently feeling lost or unfulfilled, it is time to shine a light on your shadowy bits.  This is where so much power, clarity and authenticity resides!So much of the self-development journey really is about unlearning what we were taught by society, caretakers, the media and the school system. In this episode, I am sharing how to unlearn so that you can step into the fullness of who you are and unapologetically own all aspects of yourself and your desires.
