Once we have the vision, the motivation, the focus, and the management, it’s now time to take action. It’s time to put ourselves out there, step up to the challenge at hand, and be confident.
Today I invited Lena Silberman, a 4th-year sociology major and ethnic studies minor who trains service dogs in her free time. Just 4 years ago, Lena founded the Cal Poly Women’s Rugby team, who today is ranked in the top 3 of the nation.
