While Lucien is quoting Shakespeare, Emma Stenning is busy being the CEO of the 'City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra'. With a colourful career in the arts, Emma aims to bring the orchestra of old into the world of the new - through the power of the internet and technology. The gang find out her relationship with the internet, how it is used to capture a new generation and how it can be used to secure the future of classical music.
