Meditation has been an absolute game-changer for me & that’s putting it lightly.
Back in 2018 when I was studying to become a Health Coach, as part of our study we learned about meditation. And in 2018 it wasn’t something that is as popular as it is now. I was intrigued. I honestly thought it was just about sitting there, maybe chanting, but back then I was in the busy busy busy mode so I’ll be honest I thought it would be a waste of time!
Oh how little I knew.
In this episode I share how I started, what I do so you can learn more about it & maybe give it a go if you haven’t before, or maybe if you have it will help you in starting it up again.
