The TikTok rumor mill is suggesting that Oracle will buy the TikTok app in the US, but in order for that to happen, a lot of different parties need to come together in agreement very quickly. Additionally the YouTube team continues to make improvements to the app, including some changes to mid-roll ads that creators aren't happy about.
