This is true in parenting and is also true in other leadership positions. Give people an extra penny. If something’s not a big deal, then give it or do it and move on. Give people the benefit of the doubt and help them get what they want or get where they want to be. Practicing good social media marketing isn’t going to replace the skills that you’re already good at.
