Episode Synopsis
We tend to think of yoga as an activity with a number of physical exercises. The original schools define yoga much more broadly than this. Yoga is aligning our physical, emotional/vital, and mental bodies, so we live as perfectly coordinated beings. It is about learning how to suspend the reactive nature of the mind so we can be ourselves, and to effortlessly navigate without any stress. It’s an individual discipline that tells us how to navigate the objective world and preserve our vital energies.
