The importance of activating our throat chakra cannot be underestimated. Spirit is encouraging all of us to speak our deepest and most vulnerable truths.Truth speaking from the heart is the essence of human connection.Those who know me or listen to the podcast know that my throat chakra is pretty cracked open but over the past month or so, I have been noticing a difference in the potency of emotions coming up from my heart and out of my mouth.WWhen I was recording the last ritual…. light language began spilling out for the first time. I couldn’t hold it in, and I felt the words physically open my chest and heart even more.II nailed the art of speaking with passion a long time ago.I nailed the art of speaking up for myself a while ago, something I’m still transversing through is the art of speaking vulnerably when I feel rejected and therefore opening myself up for more rejectionAs humans our default reaction to perceived rejection is energetic iron clad walls that keep us safe.
