Before that, Brett spent 15 years building Teach First into the UK’s largest graduate recruiter, reshaping education nationwide and earning Brett an OBE for services to education. Brett has also played a key role in expanding Teach For All globally and served as Chair of National Citizenship Service (NCS Trust), the UK’s biggest youth engagement programme.
