Today on the IC-DISC Show we're talking with John Flatowicz, former managing partner of Briggs and Veselka, the largest independent CPA firm in Houston, Texas. John has a great back story, and it was interesting to hear how he joined Briggs and Veselka to start the audit practice at the ripe old age of 26 years old, and about the philosophies he had back then, that he and the firm still have today. Briggs and Veselka are a firm that grew from nine people in 1982 to over 300 people today, and there are a lot of great insights into developing a CPA firm, or really any other client service firm.
