Representative of Mexico to the OAS and distinguished graduate of Class 46, Ambassador Luz Elena Baños, is our guest to launch the inaugural episode of the CIDcast. Ambassador Baños joined the IADC on 9 October 2020 to celebrate the College’s 58th anniversary and discuss multilateralism in the hemisphere, current security challenges, and the value of the IADC.
