Little describe the development, implementation, and evaluation of a mandatory professional development program designed for Chicago Public Schools faculty and staff which addresses gender-inclusive behaviors to support transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming (TNBGNC) students in the school district. They share recommendations which can be followed in other school districts to reduce harm, harassment, and violence affecting TNBGNC students.
