Here's some ownership. I've been telling myself that I was going to record the first episode of this podcast for months.
I had all the fancy recording equipment ready to go but because it didn't meet a certain false expectation I was setting for myself, nothing was ever released until now.
The fact is, this has been one of many things I've been telling myself and the world that I will do yet hadn't followed through on my word. This creates a conflict of intention and a crack in your integrity.
The last few months have been exhausting so today's episode is my decision to start leaning into this at a greater level and it starts with OWNERSHIP and EXPRESSION.
