Welcome to the first episode of the Hard Count with Michael Emami. On this episode I had the opportunity to speak with New Hanover High School’s quarterback Aliam Appler. Appler currently stands at 6’4 and 185 pounds and is an impact player for the New Hanover Wildcats. His size makes him a true threat in the pocket, and he can prove to be a tough kid to bring down. Not only is he a future star, but he is also an excellent student with a high GPA and great leadership characteristics. Listening to this interview with this humble 15-year-old North Carolinian will prove that he is not only a great athlete, but an even better person and leader.
