Episode Synopsis

In this episode, Miranda speaks to Jacqueline Roper (Occupational Therapist) and Suzanne Shutt (FCP in MSK physio service) about their experience of the perimenopause. Suzanne is not experiencing Perimenopause yet, but has been researching it so that she can help herself,  colleagues and friends feel ready for it. Jacqueline is going through it, and tells us how she is listening to her body and understanding her hormones to help her with her symptoms.
