I understand there are multiple factors that affect an individual's sleep routine, but I hope your find this episode valuable.Good quality sleep of 8 hours per night plays a huge role in recovery, immune function, brain health, cardiovascular health, and so much more. If you are wanting to optimize your health, weight, and mental health, it is critical that you are prioritizing your sleep.In this episode, I give you my 5 tips for having a successful sleep routine.
