Send us a textAndré speaks with a creator who contributed to some of his favorite stories as a youth.Stefan Petrucha, born in the Bronx, grew up moving between the city and suburbs, fueling his love for escapism. A lifelong fan of comics, sci-fi, and horror, he developed a passion for all types of literature in high school and college. He started creating his own stories at age ten, spanning novels, comics, and video production. Though he's worked in various writing fields, fiction has always been his true passion, and he's been fortunate to make a living from it for many years. Some of his more notable works include writing X-Files comics for Topps and the Timetripper book series.Stefan talks about not diminishing someones love for fiction of any type, getting fired from X-Files comics, classic literature and working in young adult fiction.Support the show
