On today’s episode, we’ll be celebrating our 50th regular episode by discussing the first 2 seasons of the hit Canadian supernatural fantasy series, Lost Girl! This series follow the journey of self-discovery of a young, bisexual succubus who is trying to find her place in the world while navigating her abilities. This award-winning series was a very ambitious, and highly successful, television venture which went on to be a cult classic.

Being that Lost Girl is supernatural, queer, and has a mildly steampunk aesthetic, Alex and I knew that we didn’t want to record these episodes without the input of our very special guests, our friends Sara and S.E. of the Bitches on Comics podcast! Lost Girl has all the ingredients to be a great show, but we have discussed many shows which we thought had the juice, only to become short-lived disappointments. So what made Lost Girl so different?
