Send us a text✨THE 5 MINUTE ROUTINE start first thing in the morning. Do the routine standing.💖Minute 1: Breath in love from the beautiful, caring light that surrounds you, counting to 3. Hold your breath, counting to 5, while imagining how the love spreads to your whole body and finally breath out counting to 7 imagining that you are transmitting the love that is filling you to the outside world. Repeat.💖Result 1: You know from the beginning of your day that love is the force for your to find and spread🌻Minute 2: Be grateful about everything. Start small. Appreciate that you can stand, that you are alive.🌻Result 2: Your train of thoughts are starting in the positive direction.✨Minute 3: Talk to the Creator. Talk like to an intimate friend✨Result 3: Your most important relationship is your first interaction of the day💪Minute 4: Bend down to touch your toes and stretch up your hands to reach the sky. Repeat it fast or slow.💪Result 4: Your blood starts flowing and your body becomes awake from head to toe.🎯Minute 5: Go to a mirror and look at your soul through your eyes. Set the intention for the day. Make it important and hold your true self accountable.🎯Result: Your soul, the infinite part of your finite self, is the one in charge of your day. You have started right. The ego will come along but is not in control. May it stay that way all day. Have a wonderful day! The time has changed, we are in wintertime in the northern hemisphere.
