We frequently fail in competition or coming down the stretch when the pressure is at its greatest. There are multiple reasons why this may be the case, but the outcome is the same we failed. What to do? I think we have to get success and failure in context. Still, more importantly, when we experience loss, we need to interpret the experience and use it to our advantage, not as a stick to beat ourselves endlessly.
