MEET CARMEN A high achiever with a heart to help young people with their mental health. Carmen moved to Australia 7 years ago and couldn’t speak English. Learning the language, organising her wedding and gaining her Masters Degree in Psychology, all during the Covid restrictions and all before 24 yrs old, came at a cost to her own mental health. Suffering burnout - Carmen went from never wanting to pursue anything in the psychology field, to creating an exciting, new and impressive, interactive platform offering free resources to both Teens and parents or caregivers of teens who are struggling with their mental health.
