I am creating new habits with ease. 
Hi everyone this is Cristin Powers and this is episode 3. 
I want to mention that these 1st 21 days are foundational to The Goddess Way. I wrote them with the intention that they be listened to in order from 1-21. So If you’re just tuning in, I suggest starting with #1 and going from there. 

Each of these 21 episodes will begin with a journal prompt, an intention and finish with a guided meditation. 

So far we asked ourselves what does goddess mean to me?  Thinking about this word as your higher self, all the best pieces of you that you want to nurture and grow. 

We also chose 3 little micro habits to change like switching up the way you drive to the store or work, or changing up your coffee mug daily. Maybe you switch up what you listen to on your car radio or even drive in silence making you more aware of all that’s happening around you. These simple changes are also small acts of mindfulness. Just noticing for a moment yourself, in the present moment. 

This week we're moving into medium sized habits. 
Do you have a self care routine?  Some easy self care habit examples I like to use to get myself back into alignment are- drinking water 1st thing in the morning, making my bed every day, changing my sheets every Sunday.  
Do you get movement daily?  
Do you leave the house with just enough time to get where you need to be, giving yourself unnecessary anxiety or the feeling of always rushing?  
Step back, look at your day, what are some simple new habits or rituals that will make you feel better?
If you're having a hard time thinking about what's a new habit to create, you can think of the opposite.
What current habits are getting in my way and what can I try replacing them with.
Now we will take a few mins for a guided journey- 
I am creating new habits with ease. 
Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, your wrists, ankles, fingers and toes. 
Take a deep breath in…… and out. 
I am creating new habits with ease.  
I can see myself in a new daily routine. One that has more moments of gratitude, peace, health, happiness and mindfulness.
I find it easy making small changes, creating new healthy habits and rituals.
I am slowly and steadily taking better care of myself.  My physical body, my spirit and my mind. 
I know exactly what I need to do, and I am finding the easiest path to achieve my goals and dreams. 
Breathe in and out…
I am letting go of the habits that no longer serve me and I’m replacing them with ones that do.  I am finding new ways to feel comfort, relaxation, safety, fullness, abundance and gratitude. 
I am creating new habits with ease.
