I am continuously improving.
Hey everyone this is Cristin and this is episode 8.
If you’re just tuning in, I recommend starting with episode 1. This podcast is inspired by my unpublished book The Goddess Way of Living. I’ve done this as a private program, but currently I’m putting it out there in this free form of podcasting. If you like what you hear, I have lots of content on Youtube, and will be posting more daily inspiration on TikTok and Instagram.
Today’s intention is: I am continuously improving. Remember to write it down and try to come back to it throughout your day.
When we are trying to create positive changes we have to realize it can’t all happen at once. It’s a path of ups and downs along with continuous improvement. Every day if you just do a little bit better that adds up over time. Every week gets better, every month and every year. Really try to simplify it… whatever you're working on, what are easy steps you can take today, this week and this month. Super simple goals of continuous improvement. If it’s health based, maybe it’s drinking more water, or moving more. If it’s work related, maybe it's setting new goals or learning a new skill. It could be setting boundaries or practicing saying no, when it’s not in alignment with your best self. Take out your journal and celebrate how you have been improving over the last week, month, year / years. Then jot down some super easy goals/hopes/dreams on how you want to continue to improve over time.
Now on to today's mediation:
Take a deep breath in and out….
Take a moment to settle in, releasing any tension in your neck, your back, your shoulders, your wrists, ankles, fingers and toes. Relax your forehead, unclench your jaw and take a deep breath in… and out.
I am continuously improving.
I celebrate all my successes big and small and take the time to notice all that I have done. I allow myself to dream the next steps I want to take to become my best self. The steps that make me happier, healthier and more at peace.
I am continuously improving.
1% each day will add up to 365% by the end of this year.
Visualize yourself at the end of the year, staying on your path of continuous improvement.
What does taking better care of yourself look like to you…
What does it feel like for you?...
Take time to dream that dream, seeing yourself taking the steps to get there with ease…. Happy, healthy, free.
You are healthy in ways that feel good to you…
You are productive in ways that feel good to you…
You also take time to relax, have fun or just sit in peace - all in ways specifically that feel best for you.
You get to choose.
Breathe in… and out.
I am continuously improving.
I am finding the path of least resistance that was created for me. I am writing my own story.
I am choosing to live a life filled with love, peace, health and joy.
I am practicing mindfulness.

Take your time coming back into today. Allow yourself to really notice today all that you accomplished to get here. You have achieved a lot in this time. Now bringing awareness to that, and being able to recognize you are the author of your story.. You get to write and manifest your future, knowing this will make it easier and effortless over time.
