This episode is all about.....ICE CREAM! YAY! Well...not quite. It is about ice cream and it's glorious flavours however I use it as a comparative. One of my first teachers - Shakti Durga, explains spirituality in a way that compares to Ice Cream. She said, "Spirituality is a lot like ice cream. It comes in it's different flavours and expressions, but at the end of the day, it's all ice cream." We take a look at some of the flavours and what we can appreciate from them. Now, let's go and have some ice cream!
