Ryan Goldman was born and raised in Durham, NC. From there he went to Hampton University and graduated with a degree in electrical engineering. With his wife of 20 years, NaToya, they share 2 wonderful kids, Nariah and Toryn. Ryan juggles two different kind of parenting hats, one being a soccer dad with smart and talented D1 college commit Nariah and the other being an autism advocate for an equally smart and talented Toryn. They are both very rewarding and equally exhausting and create a unique appreciation for the different achievements and goals in parenting. Ryan is a huge autism activist for his son and other special needs families and he makes sure with as much attention is given to Nariah and her activities, the same energy is spent towards Toryn and his activities such as miracle league baseball. From hosting Spectacular Kids Night Out throughout the years and local restaurants to sponsoring a race team at the Baltimore Zoo for Pathfinders for Autism, Ryan tries to stay active in the autism community. Ryan is an avid foodie and enjoys seeking new foods, desserts, cereals, etc… to find and try. In addition to being a foodie, he has developed an interesting hobby of growing exotic peppers in his limited free time. From cayenne to Carolina reapers, he grows them all in his front yard and started making hot sauces and smoked rubs just to share with his coworkers. After encouragement from them with new flavor suggestions he has expanded to selling these sauces and spices on the side with flavors such as “Watermelon Ghost”, “Put Some Stank on it”, and ‘But Did you Die?” and over 20 other flavors.
